Privacy notice
Your privacy, explained clearly.
This notice explains how Law Firm Digital handles personal information from this website and our early-stage product conversations.
This notice applies to lawfirmdigital.com and its public pages. It is not a substitute for the service agreement, data-processing terms or security documentation that will apply if we formally onboard a firm.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you request a Growth Snapshot or contact us: your name, business email, phone number, firm name, website, role and message. We may also collect website-use information such as pages viewed, form interactions, device and browser information, approximate location inferred from IP address, and analytics identifiers.
Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and arrange a requested conversation;
- to operate, secure and improve our website and services;
- to understand whether website content and Growth Snapshot requests are useful; and
- to communicate with you where permitted by law or where you have asked us to.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use hosting, website, email, analytics and support providers to operate the site. This includes Hostinger for hosting and Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for measurement. Those providers may process information in countries other than yours. We will provide service-specific processing details before onboarding a client firm.
Retention and choices
We keep enquiry and website information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, our legitimate business records and legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, or opt out of non-essential marketing, by emailing hello@lawfirmdigital.com. Rights and response times vary by jurisdiction.
Regional privacy rights
We aim to handle requests consistently across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, and other places where we work. If a local law gives you additional rights, we will assess your request under that law. If you are making a privacy request, please tell us your country and the email address used with us.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the website and products develop. The latest version will be published here. For privacy questions, email hello@lawfirmdigital.com.
