Data boundaries

LFD OS and Atticus AI are growth-operations and commercial-intelligence products. They are not case-management, document-management, trust-accounting, legal-research or legal-advice systems.

They are designed to work with limited business and growth information such as campaign performance, website enquiry activity, intake stages, response timing, consultation and signed-case status, and agreed aggregate pipeline or revenue measures.

They should not be used to upload or analyse case files, privileged communications, evidence, medical records, identity documents, payment details or detailed client narratives unless and until a written agreement expressly permits it and the required controls are in place.

Before a firm is onboarded

We will confirm the intended data fields, access permissions, retention approach, service providers, security responsibilities and deletion/export process in the documents for that engagement. A public website page cannot replace those controls.

Website security

We take reasonable steps to protect this website and its forms. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please use the public forms only for ordinary business contact information and a high-level description of your enquiry.
